- Changed the mechanism for displaying messages between guilds and the community.

- The mechanism also works in guildless mode.

- Attempt to fix the problems of connections with community chats.

- Added two commands:

                     /iglist to display communities and their IDs

                     /igset {ID} to set community ID in "guildless" mode
