his mod will monitor the chat channels (raid/party/whisper/say) for the string "Innervate Please".
When it sees this string a small window will open with the players name and their mana %.
Clicking on the players name will cast Innervate on them and the word "Buffed" will appear next to their name.
If Innervate was already cast on the target the mod will prevent a double cast/buff.
The mod will also grey out the players name, and prevent a cast, if their mana is above 70%.

This mod will make it easier to understand who is requesting an Innervate
The user will not need to watch chat, just click a button that appears.
This mod will make is harder to double buff a target by two different druids preventing a wasted innervate
