Summary

This update focuses on stability, safer casting behavior, and code health. The Innervate button now behaves predictably when your assigned target is out of range, and the addon’s core systems have been cleaned up for easier maintenance.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where clicking the Innervate button could sometimes not cast at all.
• Fixed an issue where clicking the Innervate button could cast on yourself if your assigned target was out of range.
• When your assigned target is out of range, the addon now whispers them that they are out of range instead of casting on you.
• Improved assignment handling so the button no longer falls back to an unintended target when an assignment exists.

Improvements

• Assignment broadcasts are throttled to reduce chat/comm spam.
• Assignment updates now run only when the assignment board or options panel is visible.
• Added a debug toggle (/im debug) to help with troubleshooting.
• Improved tooltip messaging for solo use (target/focus hints).

Code Health / Maintenance

• Split core features into focused modules (Comms, Button, Options, Guide) for clearer structure.
• Consolidated assignment-change handling to keep updates consistent and reduce duplication.
• Standardized UI constants to reduce magic numbers and improve readability.

Notes

• If you are solo and your assigned target is not in your target or focus, the button will not cast (by design).
• If you want a different out-of-range whisper message or a UI warning when the target cannot be found, let us know.
