Innervate Notifier

A simple notification for Innervate when someone whispers you during an encounter.
Will play sound + show the innervate icon in the middle of the screen whenever someone whispers you during a boss encounter.
note: anyone whispering you anything will trigger it if innervate is not on cooldown & you're in an encounter. this is because addons cannot read who messaged you and what they messaged you, just registers that someone messaged you something
