InfoPanel - ReInformed Changes | 2024 Sep 13 - Spell plugin overhaul

• Added TOC version 110005 for the War Within 11.0.5.
• Speed: Now displays the Skyriding speed as well.
• Melee: Fixed haste bonus not accounting for haste increses from additional sources (e.g. talents) + Added the percentage value of that increase as well as the amount by which it was increased.
• Melee: Added some basic coloring to texts to hopefully imporve readability.
• Melee: Fixed the error on mouseover when character's eqipped weapon had only one value for damage instead of min/max (on starting gear etc.).
• Melee: Renamed some lines.
• Melee: Some functions moved to shared.lua due to them being used in Spell plugin as well.
• Melee: now disabled for Evokers - use Spell instead.
• Spell: Now shows Intellect related info.
• Spell: Added Mastery info.
• Spell: Added Versatility info.
• Spell: Added Haste info.
• Spell: Added Mana info.
• Spell: Removed display of different magic schools.
• Spell: Removed display of Hit Rating as it is no longer in the game.
• Spell: Removed display of healing bonus as it is no longer in the game (use the versatility bonus instead).
• Spell: Text color of Crit Chance value displayed on the main panel was changed to yellow.
• Spell: Now shows curent mana value on the main panel as percentage (blue).
