Incoming Heals TBC v1.2.2

ADDED

- Bundled the supplied TBC Fresh-compatible LibHealComm-4.0 revision 109
  directly inside Incoming Heals TBC.
- Added compatibility fallbacks for the spell, aura and talent APIs changed in
  TBC Fresh 2.5.6 / Interface 20506.
- Added the complete embedded library files and compatibility notes to the
  release package.

CHANGED

- LibHealComm-4.0 now loads automatically with Incoming Heals TBC. A separate
  installation of the library is no longer required.
- Updated the release documentation and installation instructions for the
  bundled TBC Fresh library.

VISUAL BEHAVIOR

- Incoming heals and overhealing remain semi-transparent green.
- Paladin self-heals, bandages and heals from other players use the same clean
  visual style.
- The player health bar remains visual-only without healing numbers.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE

- Do not enable ClassicHealPrediction at the same time. It draws a second
  incoming-heal overlay and can make the old pink/magenta overhealing segment
  visible again.
