- Calling a node you're not standing at now shows on the map. Previously
  a call on a base across the map drew nothing at all.
- The count you click is a floor on the headcount bar, not ignored by it.
  Clicking INC 3 no longer sits beside a bar reading 1.
- Your own headcount is never reported against a base you aren't at.
  Whoever is standing there is the only one who reports who holds it.
- Fixed the probe's dropped-message counter charging itself for its own
  test send.
