    Update TOC interface versions for Midnight (12.0.1)

    - Retail: 110002 → 120001 (12.0.1)
    - Classic Era: 11503 → 11508 (1.15.8)
    - Cata Classic: 40400 → 40402 (4.4.2)

    No Lua changes needed — the retail code path (LootFrame.panelMaxHeight)
    and the classic code path (LootButton expansion) both use stable APIs
    that are unchanged in 12.x.
