Easy item deletion and a few other tweaks.

The Quick Intro

This addon will allow you to destroy rare quality items without needing to type "Delete" first. Simply press Enter to destroy the item when the prompt appears.

It will also allow you to press Enter to equip Bind-on-Equip items without needing to press Okay.
