Improved Forever: Gather

Names beside the minimap's gathering dots in WoW Forever, with alerts. Part of Improved Forever, the controller and gamepad addon.
What's new
- Gather is now Minimap (your settings come along; remove the old Gather folder if the app doesn't).
- Quest and objective labels in the minimap's own style, fixed to the map, kept apart from each other.
- Labels no longer overlap, whatever their kind; Forever's herb variants and quest objects are named.
