Start a Mythic+ run and type /mp in or outside of the dungeon which will return a string that you copy and use for google sheets or excel. If the run is bricked, type /mp to see a window with info, showing "Bricked" as the bonus. If you complete the run, it will show the upgrade level instead. This works with a Google Sheets script to format the info when pasted into column A. The script is optional and just improves the appearance. Check it out on GitHub.

For players this is being put in the string: name, realm, class.
So a tank would look like this - Tankman-TankRealm, Deathknight
