A simple addon that allows user configurable popups that remind you to change talents on the fly.

Entering a dungeon? I wouldn't want to be the guy that forgets  Capacitor Totem!

Joining a raid? You have to make sure you bring Eye of Kilrog to get a close up of those toes!

Joining an Arena? I wouldn't but if you do, you might forget your decades long cc chain, and that would be embarrassing.
