  • Fix item level not including Valor upgrade bonuses
    C_Item.GetDetailedItemLevelInfo returns base ilvl on MoP Classic,
    ignoring Valor upgrades. Scan the tooltip for the effective Item Level
    line instead, with the old API as fallback.
