IgnoreMore:
- Prevent "" from being ignored through whichever weird means they'd have made it into the system. Apparently, this has happend, and then we start ignoring system messages and whatnot.
- Prevent "Unknown" (actually the standard UNKNOWN localized globalstring) from being imported from the system ignore list. This happens for a few moments after startup when you someone you've been ignoring has deleted his char.
