- Found a bug in iGears calc missing gems function, by chance. :D
- Fixed it.
- Sometimes, iGear still warns for missing gems, even when everything is socketed. Need to attach the event handler to an event that fires right after ENTERING_WORLD

- Fixed a bug with wrong "missing mainhand" warnings
- iGear now knows "rules" which get applied on each class and some specs
- default rule is two-hand OR one-hand + off-hand
