IBM helps you manage the boomkin rotation by providing a window that displays the icon of the spell that you should be casting next, and the one after that. As well as providing an eclipse bar.

You can configure the spell priority by using the command /ibm prio [string]
for example for euphoria you might want to do:
/ibm prio cadot cadotl caemp ss3 peakl peaks empin cass ss2 ss1peak filler

valid options are:
cadot = Celestial Alignment DoTs
cadotl = Refresh dots before leaving CA
caemp = CA Empowered
cass = CA Starsurge
ss3 = Starsurge at 3 charges
peakl = DoT at Lunar Peak
peaks = DoT at Solar Peak
sune = Sunfire when entering solar phase
sunl = Sunfire when leaving solar phase
empin = Empowered wrath or starfire in the correct eclipse phase
empout = Always use empowered charges regardless of phase
ss2 = Starsurge at 2 charges
ss1peak = Starsurge at 1 charge and near peak
ss1 = Always Starsurge at 1 charge
sf = Keep Sunfire up
mf = Keep Moonfire up
filler = Starfire or Wrath
