- fix: fixed a bug that would cause excess cpu usage
This fix only applies to IDWT, not Peddler, peddler has the same 'bug'
Bug happens when: You have an item which is marked, then you unmark it (or sell etc) and then you update the bags e.g. moving an item. Than Peddler/ IDWT would scan the inventory over and over again to find an item. Because the function which disables the scan would not be called if _no_ marked item is found. As long as ONE marked item is found, this bug does not happen. But it will happen as soon as you sell/destroy all items at merchant and then updating your bags.

- new: added a check so you only get a confirm popup if you have an item in your inventory to delete
(before it would always ask even if no one was present)
