Hush Chat

Tired of Trade chat turning into a politics debate? Hush Chat quietly removes political messages from your chat so you can just play.

Features

• Works on every channel: Say, Yell, Trade, General, Guild, Party, Raid, Instance, whispers and Battle.net whispers.
• Silent: no pop-ups or warnings, the messages simply don't show.
• Also hides the chat bubble over the speaker's head (outside dungeons and raids, a game limit). The Settings tab also has quick switches for the game's own chat bubble options.
• Review anything that was hidden with /hush log or the minimap button, with time, channel and sender.
• About 220 built-in words and phrases covering elections, parties, politicians, world leaders, wars and hot-button topics.
• Whole-word matching, so "trumpet" and "vote kick" are left alone.
• Add or remove your own words in game.
• Your own messages are never hidden.
• Optional boost and gold-seller filter, switched on with one checkbox.
• Settings tab: pick which channels to filter, edit both word lists, keep a list of players who are never filtered, and set the log size.

Commands

• /hush or /hush log opens the hidden-message log
• /hush settings opens the Settings tab
• /hush on / /hush off turns filtering on or off
• /hush add <word> / /hush remove <word> edits the word list (end a word with * to match word starts)
• /hush list shows the word list
• /hush spam on / /hush spam off toggles the boost and gold-seller filter
• /hush clear empties the log
• /hush reset restores the default list
