A lightweight, high-precision respawn window timer, spawn probability calculator, and personal attempt & mount drop tracker specifically engineered for Huolon on the Timeless Isle.

Key Features

• Zone-Aware HUD Bar: Automatically shows in the top-left corner whenever you are on the Timeless Isle, and hides when you leave. Freely draggable and lockable.
• Dynamic Respawn Probability Engine:
  • Tracks the realistic 30m to 60m respawn window based on empirical Classic MoP data.
  • Computes and displays a live Spawn Probability Percentage (%) (0% before 30m, ramping up to ~70% at the 40–45m community sweet spot, reaching 99% towards the 60m hard cap).
  • Displays time elapsed inside the window (e.g. in window 09:15 (35% chance)).
  • Turns vibrant green when spawn probability exceeds 70% or when Huolon is spotted alive nearby.
• Personal Attempt & Mount Tracker:
  • Dedicated Personal Tracker card in settings showing your exact character name (with class color), total kills/attempts, and mount status.
  • Fully automated: increments your attempt count automatically from combat log when Huolon is slain while you are on the island.
  • Auto-detects mount drop (Reins of the Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent, Item #104269) on loot and displays celebratory toast and achievement.
• Empirical Spawn Delta Logger:
  • Automatically records confirmed spawn intervals into HuolonTimerDB.spawnLogs (delta minutes, death/spawn timestamps, and source).
  • Enables data extraction and continuous statistical analysis to fine-tune the respawn model over time.
• Strictly Autonomous Detection:
  • Automatically captures live sightings and deaths through target, mouseover, nameplates, unit tokens, and combat logs.
  • Implements an "earliest timestamp" rule to prevent overwriting true spawn times with late reports.
• Multi-Channel Chat Listener (/1, /p, /g):
  • Safely monitors General chat (/1), Party/Raid chat (/p), and Guild chat (/g) for death and alive calls from other players without echoing.
  • Automatically extracts exact shared death timestamps (e.g. Dead at 02:03) to keep your timer synchronized.
• Streamlined HUD Controls & Smart Broadcasting:
  • Left-Click: Instantly broadcast current timer or ask the channel for latest info.
  • Right-Click: Open Settings & Personal Tracker modal.
  • Shift + Left-Drag: Freely reposition HUD anywhere on your screen.
  • Crowd-Sourced Timer Sharing (/hts):
  • When active window data exists: broadcasts exact time, probability, and death time.
  • When no data exists: broadcasts a friendly prompt ([Huolon Timer] No recent kill data. Does anyone know the last Huolon time? Please share!).
  • When data is older than 2 hours: broadcasts a prompt stating last known time and asking for newer reports ([Huolon Timer] Last recorded Huolon kill was at 01:15 [ST] (+2h ago). Any newer kill time?).
  • Select your preferred Share Channel (/p Party, /1 General, or /g Guild).
• Zero Dependencies: Pure lightweight Lua without external libraries or memory bloat.

Chat Commands & Shortcuts

• Left-Click HUD or /hts — Share timer or ask channel for latest kill time.
• Right-Click HUD or /ht — Open Settings & Personal Tracker.
• Shift + Left-Drag HUD — Move the HUD frame.
• Corner Grip / Shift + MouseWheel — Resize / zoom HUD scale (0.65x to 2.5x).
• /ht status — Print detailed timer breakdown and personal attempts to chat.
• /ht reset — Reset current kill timer.

Installation

Extract the HuolonTimer folder into:

World of Warcraft/_classic_/Interface/AddOns/

Restart the game or type /reload.
