v1.0.4 — Settings panel repair

Fixed

• Fixed the shared scroll-container initialization used by Ammo Vendors, Dead Zone, and Settings. These panels could appear blank or unresponsive when opened because their AceGUI content was not sized correctly inside the custom native-frame interface.
• Explicitly synchronize panel width and refresh layout on first display, on resize, and after the UI frame becomes visible.
• Ensure newly selected module host frames are visible before constructing their contents.

Unchanged

• Retained the v1.0.3 Pet Codex, Pet Families, Dead Zone features, and custom UI.
• Retained the ammo vendor data, map/minimap pins, secure click-to-target and optional blue-square auto-mark macro.
• Retained low-ammunition alerts and saved settings.

Validation: ZIP integrity and source-level checks completed. Requires in-game testing on WoW Forever.
