Hunter Pet Advisor is a lightweight combat utility designed specifically for Hunters in World of Warcraft (fully optimized for Pandaria Classic / Remix).

Never pull a boss, start a dungeon pack, or engage in a fight at half-power again! This addon ensures you are always fighting at maximum efficiency by providing unmissable, smart alerts when your companion is missing, dead, passive, or in danger.

Note: This addon is designed exclusively for the Hunter class. If you log in with any other class, the addon automatically stays idle in the background without creating UI elements, alerts, or consuming system resources.

KEY FEATURES

• Missing Pet Alert: Displays a clear, center-screen visual warning if you start fighting or target an enemy without an active pet.
• Dead Pet Notice: Shows a specific revive alert if your pet exists but has died in combat.
• Smart Passive Alert: Triggers a distinct warning if your pet is set to Passive mode during combat, preventing you from losing vital DPS.
• Stealth Integration: The addon is smart enough to automatically silence the Passive Alert if your pet enters Stealth/Prowl, letting you set up your openers in peace.
• Low Health Warning: Triggers an alert when your active pet's health drops to 30% or lower, reminding you to cast Mend Pet.
• Audio Warnings: Plays sharp raid-warning sound cues alongside the visual alerts to immediately catch your attention (3 tones for missing/dead pet, 2 tones for low health, 1 tone for passive mode).
• Custom UI & ElvUI Compatible: Rewritten from the ground up to support custom action bar setups like ElvUI, Bartender4, and Dominos without any performance loss.

CONFIGURATION

The addon works automatically out of the box. You can manage and toggle all individual alert modules, sounds, and visual warnings through the native interface menu under:
