- Added a confirmation popup to "/htb panic" to prevent accidental full resets
- "/htb panic" now performs a full factory reset:
  - Resets position to the default location
  - Resets scale to 1.0
  - Clears all saved settings
  - Reloads the UI
- Introduced a shared default position constant to ensure consistent placement across:
  - First install
  - /htb reset
  - /htb panic
- Updated the default bar position to a lower, more ergonomic location
- Bar background is now hunter-green with 50% alpha for improved visibility
- "/htb noborder" now hides both the border and the background, restoring both when re-enabled
- Addon now fully shuts down on non-Hunter characters:
  - No bar created
  - No slash commands registered
  - No SavedVariables created
