Patch Notes / Fixes:

• Universal Spell Rank Support: Refactored spell detection to dynamically resolve abilities by name rather than hardcoded max-rank IDs. The rotation now automatically recognizes and supports all available spell ranks, scaling seamlessly with the player's current level. Full multi-language client compatibility (enUS, deDE, etc.) is natively guaranteed.
