HUD Safe Zone

Keep supported Blizzard interface frames closer to the center of ultrawide displays. Set a centered safe area, choose which side panels and bag windows follow its edges, and preview the result in game.

• Save the safe-area width, enablement, and preview settings separately for each resolution.
• Choose supported Blizzard side panels and bag windows independently.
• Preview the safe-area edges during play or in Edit Mode.
• Keep Blizzard's native Edit Mode layouts for action bars and unit frames.
• Apply protected frame changes after combat ends.

Getting started

Open Options → AddOns → HUD Safe Zone, or type /hudsafezone settings. Set the safe-area width and choose your preview and affected-frame options.

Use /hudsafezone width 74 to set the width to 74%, /hudsafezone on or /hudsafezone off to toggle it, and /hudsafezone status to view the current settings. /hud is a short command alias.

Compatibility

HUD Safe Zone targets WoW: Forever. It moves supported Blizzard frames anchored directly to UIParent; frames positioned by another frame or addon are left alone. The addon has no required dependencies.
