Fixed Decor Preview rendering for missing/gray entries by supporting iconTexture, iconAtlas, and 3D asset model paths with safe model-scene fallbacks.

Added Featured/Catalog bundle preview handling by resolving bundle decorEntries (no entryID) to a valid decor record for display.

Reworked HT toolbar positioning to avoid tab/catalog clipping and finalized it anchored above the storage frame at top-right.
