Hotdog's Real Terrain Map

Replaces World of Warcraft's stylized world, continent, and zone maps with high-resolution real terrain — the actual ground, coastlines, roads, and landmarks — so the map finally looks like the world you're walking through.

Features

• Full map replacement — top-level (both continents), each continent (Kalimdor & Eastern Kingdoms), and every individual zone.
• Real terrain art — high-res imagery cut and aligned per zone, drawn under Blizzard's highlight layer so continent/zone highlights still work.
• Per-map toggles — turn the top-level, Kalimdor, or Eastern Kingdoms replacement on or off independently.
• Blue & Brown color variants for continent and world view — pick the palette that suits you.
• Neighbor dimming — optionally shade surrounding zones so the one you're viewing stands out, with an adjustable strength slider.
• Major city maps kept as-is — because they're actually useful.
• On-map options pane — a clean, grouped panel right on the world map; no fiddling with menus.

Usage

1. Open the world map.
2. Click Options (next to the Terrain toggle) to open the settings pane.
3. Toggle the maps you want, pick a color, and adjust dimming to taste.

Compatibility

• WoW Classic Era (Interface 11508). (only supports vanilla Azeroth -- no Burning Crusade or later.)
