v1.8.0 — Gear Score Engine, Upgrade Tracker & Respec Calculator

New: Numerical Gear Score System

• Every armor and weapon item now displays a weighted Gear Score in its tooltip
• Score is calculated from your class/role stat weight profile (e.g. a Prot Warrior values Stamina at 1.0, Defense at 0.9, Dodge at 0.85...)
• BiS items show a green score; non-BiS equippable items show a yellow score
• Hidden scanning tooltip extracts all stats from items automatically
• Supports all TBC stat types: primary stats, hit/crit/haste/expertise rating, spell damage, healing power, MP5, armor pen, resilience, defense, dodge, parry, block rating/value, and more
• /hdu gearscore or /hdu gs prints your total equipped gear score to chat with stat priority and caps

New: Upgrade Tracker — Equipped vs BiS Comparison

• /hdu upgrades opens the Upgrade Tracker window
• Shows every equipment slot side-by-side: slot name, equipped item, gear score, and upgrade status
• ✦ BiS Equipped — highlighted green when you already have the best-in-slot item
• ↑ Upgrade Available — shown in gold when a BiS upgrade exists for that slot
• Empty slots and slots without BiS data are clearly marked
• Displays your total gear score, class/role label, and stat priority at the top
• Alternating row backgrounds for easy reading
• Upgrade Tracker button added to the side panel

New: Respec Cost Calculator

• /hdu respec opens the Respec Calculator window
• Interactive +/- buttons to track how many times you've respecced
• Shows your exact next respec cost in gold
• Full cost table showing respecs #1 through #10+ with the 50g cap
• Current respec row highlighted with a ▸ indicator
• Explains the TBC respec cost rules: 1g start, +5g per respec, 50g cap, 5g/month decay
• Respec count persists across sessions via SavedVariables
• Respec Calculator button added to the side panel

Tooltip Improvements

• BiS items now show numerical gear score alongside phase/slot info
• Non-BiS armor and weapons show gear score for quick upgrade comparison
• ItemRefTooltip (shift-click links) also shows gear score
• All tooltip hooks now properly handle nil itemLink cases

New Slash Commands

• /hdu upgrades or /hdu tracker — open the Upgrade Tracker
• /hdu gearscore or /hdu gs — print total gear score to chat
• /hdu respec — open the Respec Cost Calculator

Side Panel Updates

• Upgrade Tracker button added (gold accent)
• Respec Calculator button added

🔮 Coming in v1.9.0: Phase 3 (Hyjal/BT) BiS gear data, talent import/export strings, and in-game build sharing between guild members.
