v2.0.0 — Major Release
Published: March 2026
This is a full rebuild of the addon from the ground up. Version 2.0.0 represents a complete overhaul in stability, automation, and content coverage.
New Features
- Full auto-progression system via combat log event detection — guide steps now advance automatically on boss kills and key instance events with zero user input required
- All manual "Click Here to Continue" prompts have been removed entirely
- Slash command system fully registered and functional (
/hduigand all subcommands) - In-game guide viewer rebuilt for reliability and clean rendering
- Boss notes and strategy tips integrated directly into guide steps
- HDU branding applied throughout — dark UI theme consistent with the HDU addon suite
Bug Fixes
- Resolved slash command registration failure that prevented
/hduigfrom being recognised on login - Fixed guide viewer failing to load guide content on first open
- Corrected combat log listener not firing correctly for certain boss kill events
Removed
- Manual step-advance prompts and click-to-continue dialogs
