Honorless

Honorless records your world PvP on WoW Forever, the kills, the deaths and the duels, shows it all in an in-game dashboard, and puts it on the leaderboards at honorless.gg.

Your PvP dashboard, in game

Type /hl or click the Honorless button on your minimap. Nothing to set up, no account needed:

• Overview: your open-world killing blows, deaths, KDA and kill streaks, a 30-day chart, your duel record and the zones you fight in.
• Duels: your record against each opponent, and your ranked switch.
• History: every kill, death and duel on one line each: who beat whom, where, and how.
• Rivals: your nemesis, who you kill most, who kills you most, and how you fare against each class.
• Settings: everything in one place, including sounds and tooltips.

Switch between Session and Lifetime at any time, and view any of your alts from the character menu.

Sounds (off until you turn them on)

• Kill announcer: First Blood, Double and Triple Kill, Killing Spree, Rampage, Godlike and more, for multi-kills and streaks.
• Duel calls: a spoken 3, 2, 1 in time with the duel timer, Fight!, and You Win / You Lose.
• Use your own voice: drop .ogg files into Interface\AddOns\Honorless_Custom\.

Player tooltips

Hover a player to see your kills and deaths against them (enemy faction) or your duels with them (your faction), and whether they use Honorless with ranked on. Every part can be switched off, with a live preview in Settings.

What it records

• Killing blows on enemy players, by you or by members of your party (each one is credited to whoever landed it).
• Your deaths to players, including who killed you and the spell that finished you off.
• Honor kills, when the game reports them.
• For every fight: the zone and subzone, and each player's name, realm, class, race, level and guild.
• Duels: who won, and whether the loser was beaten or fled. Duels you watch nearby are reported too, as a witness, which helps confirm them.

Want a line in chat each time a kill, death or duel is recorded? Type /hl chat on (off by default).

Ranked duels

Every duel counts toward your casual record. To compete for a duel rating on your realm's ladder, turn on ranked duels for that character: click the small Ranked duels switch on your screen, or type /hl ranked. A duel is ranked only when both players have ranked on, so nobody can be rated against their will.

• When a duel is set up while your ranked is on, a popup tells you whether it will count: both players' addons check each other's setting before the duel starts. You can turn ranked off right there, or stop the warnings.
• Your ranked setting locks from the duel countdown until the duel ends.
• Duels between characters on the same Honorless account never count as ranked.

Settings and commands

• /hl opens the dashboard (also the minimap button, or the addon list next to the minimap).
• /hl settings opens the dashboard's Settings tab (also right-click the minimap button or the ranked switch).
• /hl chat [on|off]: chat messages for kills, deaths and duel results (off by default).
• /hl ranked [on|off]: ranked duels for this character.
• /hl popup [on|off]: the warning before a duel that may be ranked.
• /hl indicator [show|hide|reset]: the Ranked duels switch (drag to move it, right-click for settings).
• /hl minimap [show|hide]: the minimap button (drag it around the minimap's edge).
• /hl bug <message>, /hl idea <message> or /hl feedback <message>: send feedback (also Settings > Send feedback). The desktop app delivers it on its next sync; without it, use honorless.gg/feedback.

On honorless.gg

• Leaderboards for open-world kills and duels, by realm, faction, zone and week or month.
• Character pages with every recent kill, death and duel, and your duel rating.
• Guild rankings, including each guild's duel win rate.
• Class vs class: which classes win the most duels and kills against which.
• A live feed of the latest duels.

How it gets to the leaderboard

WoW addons can't connect to the internet, so Honorless saves what it records in the game's own addon data, which the game writes to disk on /reload, logout or exit. The free Honorless desktop app (Windows) picks it up from there and syncs it to honorless.gg.

1. Install this addon.
2. Install the desktop app and sign in with Discord.
3. Play. Every character you log in to is added to your account and synced automatically, from every WoW account on your PC.

The addon records everything even before you set up the app, so nothing you do in the meantime is lost.

Good to know

• WoW Forever only. Forever's client gives addons no combat log, so Honorless uses what Forever does provide: kill notifications for you and your party, and your death recap. It sees fights you or your party are part of, not every kill around you.
• Lightweight. No background work: it reacts to kills, deaths and duels, and briefly notes the guild and faction of players you target, mouse over or see nameplates for (the game doesn't report them any other way). On screen it only adds the minimap button and the Ranked duels switch, and you can hide both; the dashboard opens when you ask for it.
• Skyborne ready. Both new Skyborne races are tracked, with their faction.
• Your data is yours to delete. You can unlink characters or delete your account at any time from your account page on honorless.gg. See the privacy policy.
