Shefki:
    - Revert "Add support for tracking items in the mailbox."
    This reverts commit 35ac27d0b95c0ee4ca681d74100243db4cca9f31.
    
    Going to do things differently and pulling this for now to release
    for 3.3.3.
    - Put Concerted Efforts and For Great Honor back to their old values now
    that build 11643 on the 3.3.3 PTR has fixed the doubling.
    - Fix a typo in a comment.
    - Update Commendation of Service to 185 honor as per changes in build
    11623 on the 3.3.3 PTR.
    - Fix a typo error that causes a miscalculation when an item is used by
    more than one data table entry e.g. Concerted Efforts & Commendation of
    Service.
    - Update for PTR 3.3.3 build 11599 changes.  These are very likely *NOT*
    the final values.  But I did this anyway to experiment with handling
    backwards compatability.
    - Revert "Initial cross character support."
    This reverts commit 31fd4832de7d2bfc390970f7c8a5b760b516ea80.
    - Initial cross character support.
    - Fix a typo in a comment.
    - Add support for tracking items in the mailbox.
