Honor Bar

- Unified slash commands: /honor and /hp with subcommands (debug, cap <N>, auto on|off, lock on|off, resetpos).
- Legacy aliases preserved: /honordebug, /honorcap, /honorauto, /honorlock, /honorresetpos.
- Prints a brief command help list on load.
- Tooltip now live-refreshes every 0.2s while hovered (Session Time, Honor/hour, Remaining, ETA).
