Honor Kills Counter

* Diminishing returns is now -10% per kill instead of -25%.
* New configuration option: 'Show Kills in Tooltip' which will allow you to enable or disable the kills for the day shown in tooltips when mouseovering enemey players.
* New command line option: debug. Type '/hkc debug' to enable or disable debug output. Note: this is kind of spammy and if you have another addon that fetches scoreboard data very frequently then this will be very spammy.
* German translation fixed for honor capture regex, so the German client should have functional honor estimates. However the addon is not fully translated for any non-English client so some features will still not work.
* Standings for all logged in characters should now be recorded. (i.e. alts)
* The addon will now use the capture scores in Warsong to determine a winner of one side has 3 captures and the usual method to obtain the winner doesn't work due to an unknown issue some users are having. This is not the 'correct' way to do this so it might cause more issues. Please report problems if the addon records the BG victors incorrectly.
