Honor Kills Counter

* New configuration option: 'Reset Hour' allows you to select the hour of the day at which time daily kills/diminishing returns are reset. Default time is 2am.
* When standings data is reset for the week, the addon will no longer check for a reset again until the next Tuesday after the reset hour in order to prevent users with multiple pvping characters from having their weeks roll over prematurely.
* Fixed the problem of new installs not getting default configuration settings.
* Fixed the Top 10 output.
* Logic was implemented to reduce the instances of the saving of erroneous standing data.
* New standings data will now replace old saved data in the event of a mismatch when re-inspecting players.
* New command line option: 'delete' will allow you to remove individual specified standing data records.
* New command line option: 'plot' will plot rank advancement on a crude visual chart.
* New command line option: 'forcereset' will allow you to force a reset of the daily kills/estimated honor tracker or the weekly standings. Only use this if you know that you need to. Typical use should not require it.
* The 'lookup' command line option now also displays standings data if the target is friendly as well as kill data if the target is hostile.
Note: If you have a lot of standings data saved and you value this data, it is recommended that you save a copy of your HKCounter saved variables file as this addon is in a beta-like state I cannot make guarantees that bugs will not destroy the data in the near future. (once the addon is more mature this won't really be an issue)
