Honor Kills Counter

* Fixed the issue where the addon was saving erroneous PvP data when inspecting the first player after logging in.  Re-inspecting the players should remove the bad data.

* Added a 'Standings' drop-down option to the GUI.

* New command line option: 'lastweek' will show standings for inspected players from last week.

Known issue: if you're getting honor on multiple characters on the same account, it could cause your saved standings data to get reset when they should not be.  Unfortunately I did not write that logic very well 15 years ago and a later release will address this.
