Honor Grinding Tracker

- Player data which is one reset old will be dimmed to indicate we don't have fresh data on them yet now
- Improved HonorTracker comms code, making it a bit more resilient and it will not duplicate parse data from people running both HonorSpy and HonorTracker anymore
- Disable syncing data when a weekly reset hits (until the next daily reset), to avoid syncing potentially bad data from Blizzard
- Added your last week rank points/bracket position when viewing standings
- Added option to batch honor gain messages in combat, and show an aggregate of gains once leaving combat
