Verified schedule security

Paired Companion clients fetch the current server-signed schedule. Individual players do not need the Companion to receive peer updates.

Peer clients redistribute only the exact signed schedule. They cannot author or modify schedule entries. Invalid, stale, replayed, or out-of-scope data is rejected, and the addon remains fail-closed during combat.
