Version 1.2.1 — Welcome Whisper Suppression, Help Tab Fixes, Documentation Cleanup

Summary: "Small quality-of-life release adding a way to suppress the regular Welcome Whisper during Open House hosting, plus UI and documentation fixes."

New:

• Suppress regular Welcome Whisper toggle — available on the Current Guests tab next to the Open House button. Stops the standard Welcome Whisper (and the automatic "Welcome back" returning-guest whisper) from firing on top of the Open House Thank You whisper when a guest who just left your Open House raid triggers a stray presence detection afterward.

Fixed:

• The new Suppress Welcome Whisper checkbox was bleeding through onto other Guest Book tabs (e.g. overlapping Guest Log rows) instead of staying confined to Current Guests. Resolved.
• Example address in the Message Tokens help text corrected.

Removed:

• Nameplate-radar detection language removed from the Help tab and README — confirmed non-functional inside housing instances. Related dead code cleanup planned for a future release.
• The Help tab's "Detection Methods" section and README's equivalent guest-detection signal descriptions have been pulled while we take a closer look at real-world guest-detection reliability. Will be restored once reviewed.
