A new status icon for bag and merchant overlays, plus fixes for catalog ownership accuracy and tooltip vendor attribution.

Improved

• Replace the green checkmark on bag and merchant items with a housing-themed icon that changes color based on whether you own the item green when collected, red when not. The icon is consistent across bags, bank, Baganator, BetterBags, and the merchant frame.
• Honor the per-context show/hide settings for the default Blizzard bag and bank overlays. Previously they ignored those toggles; only Baganator and BetterBags were gated correctly.

Bug Fixes

• Fix items in your bags being mistakenly counted as collected in the catalog. Bag presence no longer counts as ownership only actual catalog ownership does. Closes CurseForge issue #6.
• Fix the addon pointing to the wrong vendor on item tooltips after that vendor's inventory changed. Tooltips now stay accurate as vendors rotate stock.
• Fix the scanner missing roughly 10% of items where the housing API returned no data on the first lookup. The scanner falls back to a second lookup path, restoring parity with the rest of the addon.
• Restore the "Death Knight only" note on the Acherus Order Hall vendor. A duplicate notes field was silently overwriting it.
