I've reworked a lot of messy things:

  • The menu is now part of the normal world of warcraft addon options and not separate anymore.
  • There is now a button to lock the frames when you move them
  • There is now a don't release functionality with an optional "hold shift to release" blocker, just like with the old weakaura. 

You may have to redo your options though. I'm sorry. :c But it's SO much cooler now, believe me!
