Hogwarts +1 — Field Guide

A Ministry-approved ledger for Raid Points, charmed for Classic Era.

What it does (at a glance)

- Track WL / MS / OS points for your raid, with per-character saved data that survives /reload and relogs.
- Live board with default sort by WL (desc), paging (12 per page), search, and a movable 400px window.
- Secure syncing over addon channels so everyone stays in step (no “double casts”).
- View mode: non-officers can see the board (and themselves at 0), but can’t award points.

Opening the Ledger

- Minimap button (book icon) → Left-click to open/close.
- Window: Title on top, ✖ in the corner to close. Drag anywhere to move.

Who may cast points

Only the Raid Leader, Master Looter, or guild rank Headmaster can modify totals. Everyone else can view.

Header (spell buttons)

Under the title you’ll see:

Raider Name WL MS OS

- WL / MS / OS buttons (one each, aligned above the columns):

Left-click = +1 (award)
Right-click = –1 (revoke)
Requires a player targeted (your “wand focus”).

Board (the parchment)

 - Shows Name, WL, MS, OS.
 - Paging: 12 rows per page (use Prev / Next in the footer).
 - Default sort: WL (desc). Ties resolve A→Z by name.

Footer (utility charms)

 - Prev | 1/1 | Next — page through the list.
 - Announce — posts the current page to RAID (or PARTY, else SAY).
 - Sync — broadcasts your current snapshot to the group so everyone’s board matches.
 - Reset — clears all +1 data and notifies the group (use with care; it’s a Scourgify).

Slash spells (optional)

Note: the minimap button is the recommended opener, especially in raids.

- /hp1 - toggle the window
- /hp1 show - shows the window
- /hp1 hide - hides the window
- /hp1 export [raid|all] - copy CSV so you can keep a log of +1 data, or save for another raid
- /hp1 import - paste CSV to bring back up specific raid +1 data
- /hp1 sync [raid|party|guild|all] - broadcast snapshot
- /hp1 reset - clear data
- /hp1 get <name> - print one raider’s WL/MS/OS

Lore & safety wards

 - Self-message ward prevents awarding twice when your own sync comes back.
 - Persistence uses per-character SavedVariables; nothing is lost on /reload.
 - View-only augmentation shows current party/raid members at 0/0/0 without writing to the database.

Upcoming 

 - Sorting Hat a little button in the Header to sort the +1 data by a specific category.
 - Search Bar a little area in the window to specifically seek out a specific Raider.
 - Collapse just a little wand flick on the title to collapse the board so you can have it "open" without it taking up so much space.
