Hivemind Farming

• Remember nodes for some time after gathering so that the player  will not be pointed to a node he already gathered just because his friend gathered it after him
• Ignore nodes that are gathered in about half the minimap "node show" radius near the player
• Refactored code structure

Planned for the next updates:

• add adjustable settings via chat arguments
  • to toggle notification for specific nodes on and off
  • to choose if you want to share farmnodes with party, guild ect.
  • many other stuff
• have more nodes implemented than winter's kiss and anchor weed x)
