• Removed "/hit mode NNN".
• Removed substitutions. Now skipping is the only option.
• Removed the concept of worldwide mode. Culled some low-level mobs from zones that take too long or are hard or impossible to get to.
• Removed multilife mode.
• Removed Mountaineer mode: all targets now begin at level 10.
• Removed requirement to be in a major city to skip a mob.
• Removed a lot of anti-cheat logic. If you want to cheat, cheat. But yeah, don't!
• Added new skip penalty logic with cumulative penalties.
• Added "!Skips" macro to list all skipped mobs, and removed the old "!Subs" macro.
• Added logic to convert v1 hit & killed lists to v2.
• Tweaked the buttons on the hit list.
