HippiesForever

# HippiesForever

Plan your guild's weekly raids without leaving the game. HippiesForever adds a Raid Teams tab to the guild window. Officers build the teams, and everyone can see where they raid this week, get a reminder before it starts, and check last week's logs. Made for the Hippies guild on WoW Forever, but any guild can use it.

## Features

**Raid teams**

- This week's teams right on the guild page. Browse earlier and later weeks with the arrows.

- Officers create teams: raid, date, time, raid leader and a Discord sign-up link, then add players by searching the guild roster.

- Each player is either In Raid or on the Bench. Every team gets its raid size plus 2 bench spots: Barrow Deeps 10 + 2, Hyjal Summit 20 + 2.

- The raid you're in today glows gold, so you won't miss it.

- Copy the Discord sign-up link straight from the team.

**Raid night (officers)**

- Invite Team: invites everyone online, converts to a raid and sorts players into their planned groups.

- Announce: posts the raid and the sign-up link in guild chat.

- Raid Check: attunements, all five resistances and each player's addon version.

**Reminders**

- A reminder 5 minutes to 1 hour before your raid, as a popup, raid warning or chat message. Optional login reminder and sound.

**Attendance**

- Recorded automatically while an officer is in the raid. All teams of the same raid count together each week, with an attendance rate per player. Can be turned off and exported as CSV.

**Professions**

- Every member's professions and skill levels, updated when they log in or skill up. Filter by profession.

**Previous Raids**

- DPS, HPS and parses from Warcraft Logs. An officer imports the report with the included helper, and the whole guild sees it in game.

**Guild sync**

- Everything is shared with guild members who have the addon, including players who log in later.

- Only the Guild Master and officers can change teams, and other players don't see officer tools. The GM chooses which ranks count as officers.

- Warns you when someone in the guild has a newer version.

## How to use

- Open the guild window and click the crossed-swords tab, or type /frt.

- /frt check runs a raid check, /frt test shows a test reminder, /frt sync asks the guild for teams.

## Importing from Warcraft Logs (officers)

1. One time: create a free API client at warcraftlogs.com/api/clients.

2. Upload your log as usual. The report must be public or unlisted.

3. Run Tools\WCL Import.bat in the addon folder and paste the report link. The import code is copied to your clipboard.

4. In game: Previous Raids → Import → Ctrl+V.

The helper runs on Windows. Parses only show when Warcraft Logs ranks the fights.

## Good to know

- Only players with the addon receive teams and report their professions, attunements and resistances, so ask your raiders to install it.

- Raid times show in each player's own time zone.
