[Edit] Fixed typo. Removed testing comment in auto-repair function.

Addon rebuilt. Included Ace DB config. Streamlined logic and memory use.
Prioritized completing quests over accepting repeatable quests. Fixed issue with completing quests listed after incomplete quests.
Added auto-repairs with threshold for durability. Prompts to pay with player gold if guild repairs fail, with the option to disable.
Removed Remember Rewards button and replaced with Argent Tourney preference for Champion's Purse/Writ.
