Highlighter2 TBC Classic

I resurrected the old Highlighter2 for TBCC
i just simplified the slash command, it's /hl now and not /hl2
I also removed the < > on given words

There is also a version that add the given message to the UIErrorFrame all times inspired from ShaguChat addon.


Highlighter2 is a very simple, lightweight addon, that highlight any give word in any chat.
