Hide XP Bar - Era

- Automatically hides Blizzard's default XP and watched reputation bars.
- Applies at login, UI reload, and entry into the world.
- Hides the bar area again if it is shown later.
- Retries after combat if the frame is protected.
- No minimap icon, configuration window, slash commands, or chat output.
- No required dependencies or saved settings.

Targets WoW Classic Era 1.15.9. Initial beta; in-game testing is pending.
