v1.0.4

- Fix stale alt currency / money cost shown after items shift up when Hide Known is on (retail + ElvUI)
- Fix housing decor falsely classified as not-owned when the catalog cache is cold (no longer requires AllTheThings to be installed)
- Pets, mounts, and toys now consult the tooltip's 'Already known' line as a fallback when their respective journal caches haven't loaded yet
