Fixed things that were broken with the release of War Within

Known bugs:

- checkmarks don't persist between logins but the addon does remember what your last setting was. I'll get around to fixing this eventually

- main menu bar disappears if you open spellbook then swap between talent and spellbook tabs - this is minor, same as above, I'll get around to fixing it eventually
