Hide Main Menu bar

- added options frame (accessed with "/hmmb" command in chat)

- new option - "Hide Main Menu Bar" - toggleable within HMMB options, it turns Main Menu Bar hiding on or off

- new option - "Hide Bag Bar" - hides or shows bag bar

- new slider - Bag bar alpha - changes Bag bar opacity if Hide Bag Bar is not turned on

- new option - "Hide Micro Menu" - hides or shows micro menu

- new slider - Micro menu alpha - changes Micro Menu opacity if Hide Micro Menu is not turned on

- new option - "Hide Objectives during combat" - as its name suggests, it hides Objectives frame during combat

- new option - anchors Queue button to minimap - if toggled on, bottom boxes control X and Y coordinate of the anchor
