Hexadecimal Converter

This AddOn has no real purpose other than to convert decimal numbers (base 10) to hexadecimal numbers (base 16), and vice-versa.

Consequently, most players might not find this useful. But maybe it would have some use for those developers who use hexadecimal numbers in their code (maybe they do?) and don't want to tab out just to use a hex-decimal converter.

Usage: /tohex <num> >> converts the decimal <num> to a simple hexadecimal format (ex: 1000 >> 3E8).

/todec <num> >> converts the hexadecimal <num> to a decimal format (ex: 3E8 >> 1000).

Note: Valid hexadecimal digits are as follows: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F. Lower or upper case should not make a difference. Note2: I have tested this as much as I could, but there may be an error hiding somewhere (besides the ones that are supposed to happen). I am still learning the ropes with Lua, but I wanted to share this simple AddOn. I created it mostly for kicks, and to see if a converter AddOn like this one could be made at all.
